Sierra Nevada opens the summer season this Saturday with activities to enjoy the high mountains
More than 40 programmed activities in hiking, astronomy, sport and music make up the summer campaign, which will last until 28 August. The usual summer facilities will be open: ski lifts, swimming pool and the Mirlo Blanco activity area, together with a wide range of gastronomy and accommodation.

More than a hundred people take part in the cleaning of the Sierra Nevada ski area.
Signalling sticks, bottles, cans and masks were the most common items among the 2,000 kilos of waste removed today from the slopes of the resort. Environmental workers and volunteers coordinated by Cetursa Coca-Cola and Chelonia took part in a day of cleaning up the Sierra Nevada ski area.

The cycling event Sierra Nevada Limite changes route
The legendary cycling tour, with start and finish in Pradollano, this year takes in the villages of the Alhama and Valle de Lecrín regions with a unique 155-kilometre route. The Alto del Legionario, El Purche and Alto de Las Sabinas mountain passes, the most difficult for the cyclists.

Sierra Nevada closes the winter season with 1.1 million visitors
Cetursa Sierra Nevada has a turnover of more than 45 million euros, now with more than 70% of purchases made online. The resort starts work tomorrow on the replacement of two ski lifts in Borreguiles, which will lead to the reorganisation of the Borreguiles beginners' area.
