We want to facilitate the return process and for this we need you to send us the information in this form.
1.- A single access to the ski lift implies the use of the ski pass and prevents any change or refund.
2.- The amount corresponding to the number of unused days of a ski pass from 1 to 7 consecutive days may be refunded by the amount corresponding to the arithmetic average of the number of days purchased and not used:
a.-Those customers who have made a purchase on their Sierra Nevada Club Card may request the refund corresponding to the "coin purse" by means of a request through their user account profile. This procedure involves a processing fee of €8 per ski pass and unused day.
b.- For those customers who have made a purchase at automatic ticket vending machines or at the User Service Centre, they can request a refund in the following ways:
I. By presenting themselves at the User Service Centre with the FF support and the purchase receipt, they can request the corresponding refund. This procedure involves a processing fee of €10 per ski pass and unused day. The refund will be made using the same means of payment by which the purchase was made.
II. Requesting the return to the "wallet" by filling in the basic profile data of the commercial centre at sierranevada.es. The refund will involve a processing fee of €8 per ski pass and unused day. This procedure must be managed entirely by the user.
3.- In the case of a ski pass purchased through a travel agency, the customer must request, if applicable, the corresponding refund from the agency. To do so, the customer must present the purchase receipt issued at the User Service Centre or at the ski pass vending machines of the Sierra Nevada ski resort at the time of withdrawal of the ski pass to the agency. The agency shall be responsible for the corresponding refund, once Cetursa Sierra Nevada, S.A. has confirmed that the ski pass has not been used.
4.- In the event that the resort does not open, customers who purchase their ski pass at the Customer Service Centre, automatic ski pass vending machines, or as holders of the Sierra Nevada Club Card, may opt for a refund in their wallet or by the same means of payment by which they made the purchase as from the last day of validity of their ski pass.
5.- Except in the cases detailed in the previous points, in general, you will not be entitled to any refund, total or partial reimbursement, compensation or compensation of any kind:
a.- Any used ski pass
b.- Offer and/or promotion passes with restricted conditions.
6.- The deadline for submitting any request for a subscription in general shall be before 15 May of the season in force in the user profile in the case of Sierra Nevada Club Card holders, or at sierranevada.es/cliente in the case of having acquired their FF by any other means. No refund requests will be processed after this date.
