In the opening period you can close on time for the presence of snow, ice, strong winds or thunderstorm

It is located in the central massif of Sierra Nevada at an altitude of about 1900 meters and represents the flora and vegetation of this space and its alpujarreña slope, plus that of the mountains of Los Filabres, Lújar-La Contraviesa and Gádor (Nevadense and Alpudense-Gadorense Biogeographic Sectors) that host the greatest floristic wealth of Andalusia with numerous rare and exclusive species (endemic). Unfortunately some of these species are threatened and, consequently, protected by our legislation.

It is structured in four large units: Silicon Vegetation Unit; Calcareous Vegetation Unit; Vegetation of Riberas and the Garden of Endangered Species. The first three collect plant formations while the latter is sorted by collections of species grouped by their ecology.
