Sierra Nevada fans choose promotional images for upcoming winter season

Followers on social networks in Sierra Nevada have selected, through a contest that has ended at 24 hours on Sunday, April 5, the two main images with which the Granada winter season will be promoted the upcoming winter season 2020/21.
In the action, 3,067 of the station's followers participated in their votes on their three referral social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
They had to choose a photo between the two proposed sections, landscape and action. In the first, the selected image with 543 votes is an image of Pradollano snow taken from the Telefónica building in the urbanization.
The other image referring to the action section is a photo of this same season taken in the upper part of the Cordón track, about 3,000 meters of altitude, in the vicinity of the Veleta peak.
The photo, with 433 votes, shows the local Sierra Nevada skier José Antonio Morales with the Tagus of the Virgin in the background (between the Puntal del Gato and the Puntal del Machón) from where the line of the Mediterranean Sea is appreciated depending on the clarity of the day.
Among the participants, the station has drawn - through the same application that has registered the votes - two 10-day ski passes for the 2020/21 season. The two photos selected will be the reference images of the next winter campaign. The rest of the snapshots, especially the ones that have received the most votes, will also be used in the different off and online media.
Cetursa Sierra Nevada has sought with this action to make more bearable the confinement derived from the alarm state and the early closure of the station on March 14.
