CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SKI PASS ACCEPTED IN THE PURCHASE OF THE SKI PASS OR SERVICES AND REGISTRATION IN SIERRA NEVADA CLUB
Information
1.The user declares to have read and accepted these general conditions prior to the purchase of the ski pass or ticket, assuming all that this entails.
2. The ski pass and the ticket are transport passes that entitle the holder to the use of the facilities open to the public in the timetable, calendar and conditions established for the practice of the defined activities.
3.To access any ski lift on any date, it is essential to be the holder and bearer of a valid ski pass or ticket for that ski lift and that date.
4.The dates foreseen for the start and end of the season, as well as the opening and closing times of the ski lifts, will be established according to the weather, operational and commercial conditions of the resort and/or forces of force majeure.
5.The validity of the ski pass or ticket will be determined by the date of use for the current season and/or by the specific conditions when applicable.
6. The rates applied by Cetursa Sierra Nevada, S.A. may be fixed or dynamic and may vary. These rates will be those published in the different sales channels, where the prices of the products per day for each type of pass and category will be reflected. The purchase calendar in the online shop will show the price of the product per day for each type of ski pass, which may change depending on the proximity of the date and any other condition considered by the company. The rates may vary for the same type of category and duration depending on the method and place of purchase of the ski pass or ticket, with online sales taking precedence over those made at automatic ticket vending machines or, where applicable, at the Customer Service Centre.
7. Cetursa Sierra Nevada, S.A. may establish specific conditions for each type of ski pass or ticket, as well as for those purchased in any of its commercial campaigns. These specific conditions shall prevail over the general conditions. Each service provider and each promotion has its own cancellation and/or modification policy, which is detailed in the description of the services at the time of purchase.
8. The price of the ski pass and the ticket includes Compulsory Passenger Insurance (S.O.V.) and V.A.T. and is detailed in the published rates and in the conditions when applicable. The forfait or ticket with the best price includes S.O.V. and Management Expenses (G.G). The rates for the categories Benjamin, senior plus, disabled children and any others that CETURSA may establish commercially, must pay 9 €/day or 70 €/Long Duration Fare for S.O.V. and G.G. 10.Disabled persons: it will be compulsory to provide the Accreditation of Disability in accordance with Article 2 of Royal Decree 1414/2006 and National Identity Card (except Special, Family Formula and Tiques). Exclusively online.
11.For the purchase of a ski pass or ticket at the best rate price (Benjamín, Senior plus, etc.) it will be compulsory to present the documentation validating the right to the aforementioned rate prior to the time of purchase. Exclusively online.
12.Minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult or a person designated by their legal guardian.
13.The assistance of persons and transfers on slopes open to the public within the managed domain is a courtesy service provided by Cetursa Sierra Nevada, S.A. for those clients in possession of a valid ski pass. Assistance to persons or transfers made from outside the slopes open to the public will be invoiced in accordance with the published rates.

15.Cetursa Sierra Nevada, S.A. may offer for sale ski passes or tickets with different conditions of access to the ski lift to the rest of the passes (for example, Fast-Pass or Disabled, with or without an accompanying person or group, in accordance with the specific conditions established). The accesses for these passes or tickets will be properly signposted and the rest of the resort users will not be able to use them.
16.The ski pass may be acquired through the following channels:
a. Face-to-face sales:
i. At the counters of the Cetursa User Service Centre (CAU), in the Sierra Nevada Ski, Snowboard and Mountain Resort, if the sale is enabled there, and the company reserves the right to enable this option or not.
ii. The following may be purchased at the automatic ticket vending machines:
- ½ day, 1 day and consecutive days (Children and Adult categories only), as well as pedestrian tickets.
- Long-term products and all products that require the validation of documents are excluded from face-to-face sales at the ticket office, whose sale will be managed exclusively online and prior to the customer's arrival at least 36 hours beforehand.
b. At the on-line Trade Centre, on the website https://sierranevada.es.
c. On the official Sierra Nevada mobile application.
d. At travel agencies. Customers who have purchased their ski passes at travel agencies must present the QR code (agency voucher) at the ski pass vending machines.
Forfait
17. Cetursa Sierra Nevada S.A. reserves the right to carry out any internal controls it deems appropriate (including the capture of personal images, recordings, etc.) and may require the presentation of official documentation verifying the identity of the ski pass holder, the category, promotion or achievement in order to prevent fraudulent use of the ski pass and guarantee compliance with the conditions accepted by the customer.
18. The purchase of a ski pass or service, the use of the facilities or membership of the Sierra Nevada Club, without distinction, implies knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions of Use of the ski pass, the Special Conditions when applicable, the Rules of Use of the Mechanical Lift Facilities approved by resolution of 17/12/84 of the Directorate General for Transport of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA nº 120 of 29/12/84), the ATUDEM Regulations and the Rules of the International Ski Federation (FIS), without any reservations whatsoever.
19. If during the operation of the resort, for safety reasons or other justified reasons, the management of the resort is forced to close the facilities and slopes to the public due to technical, meteorological or any other causes, this does not necessarily oblige the refund of the ski pass, compensation or compensation of any kind. A single use of the ski pass or ticket will apply these conditions.
20. Interruptions, early closure or limited use of slopes or ski lifts, due to technical, meteorological or any other causes, do not entitle you to any compensation or reimbursement.

Sierra Nevada Club Pass Card
23. The Sierra Nevada Club Card is the property of Cetursa Sierra Nevada S.A. and is issued in the name of its holders, being the personalised support for the ski pass or other services with a specific validity, and must be kept in the custody of its holder.
24. Minors may be holders of the Sierra Nevada Club Card and have a profile administered by another adult (user or not), exclusively under the responsibility of their legal guardian.
25. The 10, 15, 20 day, Season, Family Season and Season passes from Monday to Friday will be purchased exclusively at https://sierranevada.es for Sierra Nevada Club Card holders.
26.The Sierra Nevada Club Card (physical or virtual) is voluntary and the application and use of the card implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of use of the ski pass, the conditions of use of the Sierra Nevada Club Card and the specific conditions when applicable. The holder or administrator of the user profile must provide sufficient personal details and supporting documents, undertaking to ensure that these are true.
27. Registration with the Sierra Nevada Club Card requires the linking of an e-mail address, from which all communications with the company must be made. Minors will be linked to the e-mail address of the adult/responsible person/guardian who requests it on their behalf.
28.The holder of the Sierra Nevada Club Card undertakes to ensure the safekeeping and proper use of the card, which will be replaced by Cetursa Sierra Nevada S.A., free of charge, in the event of a malfunction. The holder must pay 10€ for reprinting in the event of forgetfulness, loss, theft or misplacement.
Refunds
29. The customer may request a refund for non-use of the services through the website or any of its subdomains where the purchase was managed. Offers and promotions are excluded.
30. A single access to the ski lift implies the use of the ski pass and prevents any exchange or refund.
31.The amount corresponding to the number of unused days of a ski pass from 1 to 7 consecutive days may be paid for the amount corresponding to the arithmetic mean of the number of days purchased and not used:
a. Those customers who have made a purchase on their Sierra Nevada Club Card may request a refund corresponding to the "coin purse" by requesting it through their user account profile. This procedure involves a processing fee of €9 per ski pass and unused day.
b. For those customers who have made a purchase at a ski pass vending machine or at the User Service Centre, they may request a refund in the following ways:

32. In the case of a ski pass purchased through a travel agency, the customer must request, if applicable, the corresponding refund from the agency. 33. In the event that the resort does not open, customers who purchase their ski pass at the Customer Service Centre, automatic ticket dispensers, or as holders of the Sierra Nevada Club Card, may opt for a refund in their wallet or by the same means of payment by which they made the purchase as from the last day of validity of their ski pass.
34.Except in the cases detailed in the previous points, in general, you shall not be entitled to any refund, total or partial reimbursement, compensation or compensation whatsoever:

b. Any offer and/or promotion ski pass with special restricted conditions.
35.The deadline for submitting any request for a subscription in general shall be before 15 May of the season in force in the user profile in the case of Sierra Nevada Club Card holders, or at sierranevada.es/cliente in the case of having acquired their FF by any other means. Infringements
36.The ski pass or ticket purchased and activated in any medium is personal and non-transferable and entitles the use of the ski lift facilities exclusively to a single holder and bearer for the entire period of validity. Fraudulent use, use by a person other than the holder, or the use of a ski pass or ticket of a category or type with a lower price than that which corresponds to it, as well as falsification of the documentation presented will lead to the withdrawal, cancellation and electronic cancellation of the ski pass or ticket and the cancellation of the rights and services acquired, with no right to any refund or compensation, and the competent authority will be informed of the fact. 38.Cetursa Sierra Nevada S.A. reserves the right to expulsion from the facilities and ski lifts, withdrawal of the ski pass or ticket, cancellation of the Sierra Nevada Club Card, cancellation of all rights to the products or services purchased, without prejudice to any civil or criminal liability in which it may be involved.
