What is Snow up?

Snow up is a promotion aimed at the university community. If you belong to it, you can benefit from the offer this season. It is mandatory that you follow the procedure of registration in the promotion and in case of renewal, upload the documentation mentioned below.

SNOW UP Promotion is valid and is accessed by all undergraduate or Master's degree students in universities associated with the CRUE and the EUA. From these links you can locate your university to allow you to access the Promotion:

 

How do I register?

Create your own ski pass card "Snow up", which is essential to be identified with your photo.

If you still do not have or have not personalized your Sierra Nevada Club card, it is time to do so. Remember that it is a personal and non-transferable card, in which your data appear (name and surname, user number, photograph ...).

Access your user account https://centrocomercio.sierranevada.es/Auth/Login , log in, or create an account, if you still do not have one and very important, upload your photograph, adjusting to these parameters:

  • Close-up photo, ID type (no sunglasses/ski, no hat).
  • .jpg or .gif format
  • Size: 4 cm high x 3 cm wide or 180 pixels high x 140 pixels wide.

Option A: Then you will recharge / buy the product online The High Promotion you want.

Once the recharge/online purchase is completed (you will receive a copy of your purchase order to your email), if you already have your Sierra Nevada Club user card, the product has been recharged on your card, and upon arrival in Sierra Nevada, you go directly to skiing, access to ski lifts / slopes with your Sierra Nevada Club user card (ski pass), and enjoy your chosen promotion of El Subidón.

Option B: You have completed your purchase and do not have your personalized Sierra Nevada Club user card.

It is mandatory to make the purchase online if you still do not have the Sierra Nevada Club user card, with a minimum of 48 hours before the day of the first ski service.

If you still do not have your Sierra Nevada Club user card (ski pass), at the end of your online purchase, you will receive a copy of your purchase order, with your locator / purchase order / user number and QR, so that upon arrival in Sierra Nevada, and in any of the vending machines / ATMs arranged in the urbanization of Pradollano, or at the ticket office (previously and personally identifying yourself with your ID) you can withdraw your Sierra Nevada Club User Card, loaded with the product of the chosen Promotion of El Subidon.

If the withdrawal of the new Sierra Nevada Club user card is another person other than the holder, you must deliver an authorization signed by the holder of the card and a photocopy of the DNI, authorized to withdraw the ski pass / user card of the El Subidón promotion.

How to reactivate the promotion of Snow up?

  1. For university studentss. You must attach online:
  • DNI on both sides.
  • University enrollment in force current year/course, stamped and with the barcode of the mechanization of the payment in the bank.
  • Receipt of the payment stamped by the bank, in the event that the university registration is not with the bar code mechanized the payment by the Bank.
  • If you are a Scholarship holder, in addition to the DNI, you will have to provide the Scholarship Application in .pdf with the digital signature of the administration. 
  1. For PAS staff (Administration and Services Staff of the University) or TEACHERS of the University. You must attach online:
  • DNI on both sides.
  • Header of your last payroll in force in *.pdf format. Keep in mind that this promotion is only valid for staff of Universities associated with the CRUE and the EUA (no other type of center or training being valid).

Once all the documentation is attached, it will be reviewed and you will receive an email informing you if it is accepted or not by Sierra Nevada. (*For this, the company is authorized to carry out the appropriate checks.)

Access to the promotion implies the veracity of the data and documentation provided, for which the beneficiary is responsible (see general conditions)

In case of doubt about the veracity of the documentation presented, a certificate with digital signature will be required by the administration / University.

What to do in case of APPROVAL or DENIAL of the promotion of Snow up?

If you meet all the requirements of the promotion, the promotion will be activated in your user profile and you can continue with the purchase or recharge of the El Subidón Promotion.

If you do not meet all the requirements, you will receive an email with the appropriate explanations to attach or complete the correct or necessary documentation.

Where do I pick up the card?

In case of having a valid card, the recharge will be made on your ski pass card. You can check the serial numbering of it in your user profile.

In case of being a new registration you can withdraw your card / ski pass, prior personal identification with your ID, in the User Service Center or in the vending machines / ATMs, arranged in the Urbanization of Pradollano – Sierra Nevada.

How far in advance should I buy?

If it is your first purchase/recharge of the El Subidón promotion and you still do not have the Sierra Nevada Club user card, it is mandatory to make the purchase online at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE, before the first day of the service, so that the system registers your new registration, validates all the documentation provided, communicates the conformity of the process and prints your Sierra Nevada Club user pass / card.  Once this minimum time of preparation and online purchase has passed, upon arrival in Sierra Nevada, with the copy of your purchase order and ID, you withdraw the card at Ticket Offices or ATMs / Vending machines arranged in the Urbanization of Pradollano.

The following recharges / online purchases, of this Promotion El Subidón and as you already have the ski pass / user card Sierra Nevada Club, is only to make the recharge / purchase directly online on the fly, even minutes before accessing tracks, since now you do have your ski pass / user card Sierra Nevada Club. It's that simple!

What should I do if I forget or lose my Sierra Nevada Club (ski pass) user card?

You can only request the reprint "in situ", due to breakage or loss of the Card, during the ski day, by going to the User Service Center (CAU), to request a card reprint. The reprint service has a cost of € 10.

Forgetting your ski pass / user card Sierra Nevada Club, involves the purchase of the day pass, directly at the ATMs arranged in the Urbanization of Pradollano, without any promotion or discount, but at the PVP rate, on the day of purchase.

If you belong to the university community you can reactivate your El Subidón card and benefit from special prices this season. To enjoy The High again it is mandatory that you follow the registration procedure in the promotion:

FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

- You must provide DNI, full registration stamped in .pdf and with the barcode of the mechanization of the payment in the bank.

- If you do not have the mechanized copy, you must provide a payment letter from the bank or payment receipt.

- If you are a Scholarship holder you will have to provide the Scholarship Application in .pdf with the digital signature of the administration.

The High is valid for University Students of Degree or Master of Post-Graduate in Universities associated with the CRUE and the EUA.

TERMS OF USE

Exclusive promotion for the beneficiaries described to the El Subidon Promotion, who have been previously approved online, the necessary documentation for the current winter season. All ski season, before making the recharge / purchase of the promotion must the beneficiary update and upload / add the updated documentation.

 

Access to the promotion implies the veracity of the data and documentation provided, for which the beneficiary is responsible (see general conditions). The non-veracity of the data and the falsity of documentation, directly implies not accessing the promotion for purchase, and if you are registered from previous years, you can proceed to block this promotion without the option to purchase at a discount.

 

The registration implies the Knowledge and Acceptance of the Conditions and Rules of General and Particular Use and the registration as Holder of Sierra Nevada Club.

 

The data and documentation provided voluntarily will be incorporated into an automated file whose responsibility is Cetursa Sierra Nevada SA to be able to inform of new products, promotions and commercial actions that are organized and for management of the reservations, products and services contracted. You can exercise the right that assists to oppose, rectify, cancel and / or access the data by any means of communication with our company.

           

PROMOTION RETURN POLICY

 

The product "Long Expert 5 days" is exempt from refund or total or partial refund because it is a product of free use. It is valid to be used exclusively in the current season for which it was acquired, not being able to extend its validity to subsequent seasons.

The beneficiaries of the "Expert 2 days" promotion, FF of 2 consecutive days, may request the refund "to the wallet" in case of not having used any of the two days, before the start date of the service (1st day of skiing), by request through the profile of their user account. In case of consuming one of the days only, remaining unused one consecutive day, the product will not have any refund, losing the user the day of consecutive unused pass.

If for reasons of "No Opening" it has not been possible to consume any of the two days of the "Expert 2 days" promotion, the amount corresponding to the arithmetic average of the number of days acquired and not enjoyed solely and exclusively by "No Opening" of the Station will be credited to the wallet.
