The Track Service is prepared and trained to solve the eventuality of an accident. You can cooperate as follows:

• Do not move the bumpy person. Allow, on your own, or with help, to achieve a comfortable posture. Do not try to take off his shoes.
• Place the skis of the rugged person a few meters above it, in the shape of a blade (X).
• Inform a lifeguard, station employee or ski teacher of the crash site and the condition of the accident.

Occasionally, due to impossibility of operation of ski lifts, it may be necessary to evacuate a certain area. This does not pose a danger, but some discomfort, mainly due to delays in the decline to urban area.
In these cases:

1. Follow the instructions in the Track Service.
2. Wait your turn down to guard bad weather in runway restaurants or other buildings. The Station can modify the queue wait order. Young children accompanied by a family member will be evacuated with preference.

The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is not responsible for changes in weather, snow or any other condition that cannot control and expressly declines any liability in accidents that could occur by uncontrolled skiing, on closed pistes or off pistes. In the latter two cases, the injured will have to pay the expenses incurred by their rescue.

Remember that the best help you can give to a bumpy person is the quick and accurate information of what happened.
