1. WHERE DO I PICK UP MY CARD?

In case of being a new registration you can withdraw your card at the ATMs located in the Plaza de Andalucía with your QR code.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET OR LOSE MY CARD?

You can only request the reprint "in situ", for breakage or loss during the ski day, by going to the User Service Center (CAU). The reprint service has a cost of € 10
